Five Dimensionsm Thinking

Five Dimensionsm Thinking was developed by Richard E. Winder in 1993 in an attempt to find a simple framework for understanding quality and for implementing quality in an organization. Experience, Measurement, Relationships and Systems Thinking, Interconnectivity and Paradigm Logic, and Value Sharing form the basis of an integrated, holigraphic structure for improving organizations.

A chart identifying the Five Dimensions and showing their application to leadership, psychology, organizational development, and dynamic systems thinking is available at http://www.ldri.com Articles by Mr. Winder and Dr. Lindon J. Robison and Dr. Daniel K. Judd developing the Five Dimension concepts are also available on that site.
